Marriage, As A Fundamental Social And Cultural Institution.
Marriage, as a fundamental social and cultural institution. It is the most common environment for bearing and raising children, profoundly shapes sexual behaviors and practices, especially among those of young adults. It is considered as one of the greatest parts of a coupleââ¬â¢s life; experiencing beautiful things that shall be cherished and treasured by wedded patterns for what is supposed to be all eternity. However, considering the new civilized and liberated nation in which we live in, itââ¬â¢s well known in this country that early marriage is considered a very controversial subject matter for young and older adults. In a marriage, important issues such as attitudes, responsibilities, religion, finances, career, and whether or not to haveâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦Young adults arenââ¬â¢t focused on the commitment of marriage, but more so the benefits of marriage, especially the sexual benefits of being able to have sex freely and unashamedly. Waiting until you get older allows you to have more time to save, and situate yourself into a career, the foundation for your family. Building a happy and healthy, long lasting marriage is the result of conscious effort on the part of a husband and wife, but society is split on whether or not this type of marriage can be sustained at or before a certain age. Emotions During this particular age range young adults are still in the prime of their lives and while early marriages may have lots of advantages, such as experiencing the joy of parenthood and other benefits of wedlock. There are also negative sides, such as economic restrictions, misunderstanding between partners, and inability to get proper education, etc. Now there has been research done on both ends of the spectrum to support the notion that young adults should marry at this age and why they shouldnââ¬â¢t. The purpose of this paper I intend to explain through research, explanation, evaluations and more why they shouldnââ¬â¢t marry this young.
